We invite teachers, youth workers, and educators to join our exclusive course on art therapy: "Cultivating Resilience in At-Risk Youth Through Art and Mindfulness" on April 3-4, from 9:00 to 14:00 at Art Center Caravel.
This course is designed for those working with young people facing challenges, including social exclusion, mental health struggles, or difficult life circumstances. Through art and mindfulness techniques, participants will gain practical tools to support youth, foster emotional resilience, and create safe spaces for self-expression and healing.
