Francisco Teixeira was born in 1981 in Braga, in northern Portugal. From an early age, he showed a deep passion for the arts — especially painting and ceramics — greatly inspired by the creative legacy of his father, Domingos Teixeira.

Although life led him down a different professional path, Francisco never abandoned his artistic practice, nurturing it as a personal pursuit and source of joy.

Over the past ten years, Francisco has been living on the island of Madeira, where the culture, traditions, and landscapes have profoundly shaped his artistic vision. This connection to place reawakened his commitment to painting and ceramic work, now pursued with renewed energy and intention.
