Returns

Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you’re satisfied with your purchase. From the time you receive your original artwork you have 7 days to decide whether to keep the work or return it in its original condition for a refund. We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within 3 days after confirming with that the work will be returned.

Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund (some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.

We aware that photographs are for presentation purposes only. They do not show the real sizes.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please ascertain transit damage befog signing to accept the parcel. Once you have reign for receipt, we’re unable to claim against transit damage through the postal insurance.

We will send the paintings within 5 business days after receipt of money into the gallery account. We guarantee the use of high-quality packaging of the picture, depending on its weight and technique. The usual delivery time in Europe is about 1-2 weeks. Outside the European Union, delivery may take about 3-4 weeks. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery delays due to customs issues in the recipient's country.

Regular delivery service provided by national post office. No insurance included in shipping price. Courier facilities (DHL) are available at extra cost and offer insurance.

Shipping costs and EU tax are included in the price. Art Center Caravel will not be responsible for any charges imposed by the customs of the receiving country, please check the customs duty charges for your artwork expenses.
